A leader should treat his or her subordinates with love. By this, I do not
Mean affection. Rather, I mean managing through actions that display
A “ great love” instead of a “ small love”

For example, one type of parent may spoil their children so much that they never have to achieve for themselves and thus become failures in life. On the other hand, children raised by more strict parents learn self-discipline and become successful. In the first case, the parent exhibits a small love; in the second, a great love.

At work, there are many kinds of managers. Some may be kind, listening to their subordinates’ opinions and changing things to make life easier. Others may be strict.

If a manager is only trying to please subordinates without following any guiding principle, it will be detrimental to them and to the organization in the long run. Managers who are “easy” with subordinates may be more popular, but this laxity will spoil people. In the long run, subordinates will do better with strict managers who are willing to provide guidance, discipline, and training.

A great virtue may appear merciless, but small virtue is like a great vise.
In dealing with subordinates, a leader who guides with a “small love” will achieve only temporary popularity and short-term success.

In ancient India, a man of God said, “Great people’ success is not from
the means of activity but from the pure mind of the person.”

Pure mind can be said, in other words, the motive of doing something
Is pure and detached. It is as same as what is right as human beings.

If you have pure mind, we can walk right way in life.

If you make decision by pure and detached mind, and walk your way in life,
The result of your life should be successful and great.

Your Dream comes true

The result of everything depends on what you dream in your mind.
If you dream “ I want to success definitely”, then you can success.
If you think “ I may not be able to do it. I may fail.”, then you would fail.

If your mind didn’t ask it to come to your place, it would never come to you.
Every single phenomenon around you is reflect of your mind.

So don’t have negative things like anger, animosity, jealousy or suspicious mind in your mind. You must have dream, bright, cheerful and beautiful things in your mind.
Then your real life should become excellent.

if you spend life time in idleness or you live one earnest day everyday.



Please make yourself important, every single day, every single second,
live one earnest day, then your life should be greatly better than before.

Live by a Formula for Success

How can we an average person become a remarkable success?
The answer lies in a simple equation:

The result of Your Life = Ability X Effort X Attitude

Your abilities-health, talents, and innate aptitudes-may largely
be hereditary.

However, the degree of effort you expend in life depends upon
your strong desire. I rate both ability and effort on a scale from
0 to 100. As we immerse ourselves in our work, these two factors
are multiplied together.

Thus, people of average ability, who realize their shortcomings
and try very hard to compensate for them, may actually outperform
those who are naturally gifted who have grown accustomed to not
working especially hard.

Yet the third element is the attitude of how we live and work.
And it is the most important of the three-for it can be ranked from
-100 to +100. If a person is steeped in jealously, resentment, or
hatred, his or her attitude will be negative-and so will the outcome
of his or her life. In contrast, the more positive and determined a
person is, the more successful his or her life will be.

This formula illustrates that the outcomes of our lives are largely
in our own hands, and that our philosophy greatly determines our
personal and professional success.

Persist until succeed.

Persist until succeed.

To Succeed or not depends on the person’s passion and persistence.
Someone who doesn’t succeed at all has no passion and persistence.
Such people can easily find the reason they cannot do and give up easily.

If you want to accomplish something, you should learn how hunting people
catch the haul. Once you find foot prints, you must keep chasing the foot print day in day out. Even though it rains or it winds, or rivals comes, never give up
until you can find the haul.

You must persist until succeed. In order to achieve your goal, persist, persist, persist, until you can succeed.

Consider until you can see it.

Consider until you can see it.

When you work, you must see the result in your mind.
At first the scene was dream or desire, but if you simulate in your mind again and again,
Then the border between truth and dream will be dissolved. It seems to you that you can feel you accomplish your dream already. You can get confidence. I can call this “ You can see it”.

If you don’t think until you can see it, you can never accomplish creative work, the first work in this world, or difficult job which has many obstacles.
