In Japan, generally speaking, “quiet man of action” is virtue. But we think “Carry out one’s word” is very important.
First of all, declare “ I will do this!”, then you will be a leader if the project.
It will give you pressure from both other people and yourself.
The pressure makes you motivated and it would lead you to your goal.

When you have a morning meeting or conference, you can declare your goal or your thought. The word will give you energy to execute.

Nobody guarantee your future. Even though company performance
is good now, current performance is the result of past effort.
It cannot guarantee the future success.

In order to build great company, we one by one have to accomplish
our own role as much as possible.

If you rely on somebody who may possibly help to do your job, or expect
other people to do your job, you can never accomplish your job.

You need to know your mission, your job and do your best to
accomplish your job.

Business is fghting with real sword. Whenever you fight, you must win.
But the more you want to win, the more you should have dificulties or
pressure. In such situation, we often give up or compromise and give
up our belief.

In order to avoid to give in, you must have unwearied fighting spirit.
If you have fighting spirit like martial art, you can overcome any
dificulties and accompilsh your dream.
No matter how hard you feel, never never give up.
You must have fighting spirit to overcome it.

Authentic Brave

You need brave to accomplish your work.
Usually we often avoid to give bad feedback to others.
Or we often cannot carry throuogh the right decision.

If you want to do right work, you have to do right decision as circumstances.
When you decide, you need brave.
The brave is not different from what barbarian have.
Authentic Brave means that you have to keep your belief, and at the same time
you have to be very sensitive about the risk of every decision.

Optimistically have dreams, realistically plan, and optimistically execute.

To accomplish new things, first of all, we have to have Dream.
Think about your dream very optimistically!
Believe you can do it!

But when you plan what you do, please plan realistically.
You have to think about any happening and risk management.

While you are working, you face various obstacles.
But the result will be very different depends on how you overcome this obstacles.
When you want to start new things, objection, resistance or many obstacles should occur.

Some people give up easily when they face these obstacles.

The people who achieved successful result have overcome their obstacles by their high level beliefs.
Such kind of successful people fight with these obstacles and never gave up.

If you want to keep having beliefs, you should have strong brave but if you don't have it,
you will never accomplish your innovative and creative work.

When you almost give up, that's the time to start.

If you have strong passion, you can keep thinking about it for 24 hours, 365 days.

In order to do great job, you have to keep eagerness and never give up spirit.

It seems like to voyage to ocean without sea chart or compass.
What we can rely on is only ourselves.

To be pioneer is very tough. But if you accomplish this goal,
nothing can be substitute for such big joy.

To cultivate new frontier makes us to have great business.
We must be pioneer forever even if the company is getting larger.

That is the style of living.

The successful person is the person who can believe his or her own unlimited possibility.
If you decide able or unable by the current your capability, you will never achieve new things or
overcome difficulties.

When you start anything, you must believe the unlimited possibility of human being.
And keep making continuous effort by the desire to achieve the goal whatever happen.

It is very important to believe yourself and challenge bravely.

Strengthen your desire to subconscious mind level.

For example, develop new product, get new contract, inprove prodcutivity,

Then your desire slip into your subconscious.

If you have desire at your sobconscious level, the sobconscious mind
will lead you to success.

Don't do private thing while you work.
Don't accept entertainment from other company.
The policy does not allow to private call while you are woking
because we are sharing the time with our co-workers.

Very little mixing up personal matters and official ones
will cause morale down, eventually change the company worse.

We should draw line between public and private affairs strictly.

Fair Play spirit is important.
We hate "against the rule" or "cheet management numbers".

We are moved by sports because they are based upon fair play.

If you find cheeting, you should point out openly squarely.

We all have to be fair player, at the same time we have to be
strict judge.

We always have to concentrate on any job in whatever circumstance.
It seems to be very difficult at the beginning.
But if you keep concentrationg on any job, you can get accustomed to doing so.

If you get this action, you can find the real issue and solve the problem.

Don't do your job excursively.

Have boldness and precision.

Boldness contradicts precision.
You can achieve perfect job having both boldness and precision.

This doesn't mean intermediate between boldness and precision.
You have to have both at the sametime.
Boldness make you do job dynamically, also you can avid mistake by precision.

It is very difficault to have both at the beginning.
If keep mind these both thing always, then you can have both boldness and precision in your hand.

Decide altruistically

Our mind has two dimensions.

One is Egoistic mind. The other is Altrustic mind.
If you decide by Egoistic mind, you cannot get any other person's cooperation.
And you will do many mistakes by Egoistic mind because the Egoistic perspective is very narrow.

If you use Altrustic mind, you can get other people's cooperation and have very wide perspective,
so you can do right decision.

In order to do good job, decide altruistically.

Be Creative always

The job is given to you is very important.
But "given" is not enough.

Do your best everyday and improve everyday.
There is no end of improvement.

Don't do same thing as yesterday.

Think everyday " Is this best?"
Please ask yourself "Why?"

Tomorrow must be better than today.

This cycle will bring us the excellent improvement.

Execute is more important than knowledge.

To know and To do is very different thing.
For example, we know the knowledge of SMART Goal.
But just to know from book and to set real SMART goal with client is very different.
In order to be able to set SMART goal with client, just do it.

In other word, to be street smart is more important than just book smart.

Only your experience can make you be able to do anything.

If you have Balance, logically persuit the reason why for all things and on the other hand
everybody likes you because you have very great humanity.

If you are very smart and good analytical skill, but it is not enough to be a leader.
On the other hand, even if you are good person but you don't have logical skill, no body will follow you.

We need both scientific logical skill and virtue of human.

When we decide, if we only think our own interest, the decision should be wrong.
Human being often only think about their own interest.
If you keep insisting your own interest, you cannot have other people's cooperation.
And it will de-motivate organization.

It is easy to decide detachedly.

Just control your own interest as much as possible.
That's it.

Think other's interest.

If you face the most difficult situation, don't escape from the situation.
While you are struggling, you will find the solution if you never give up.
There is no such conquering weapon as the necessity of conquering.
If you keep yourself at the limitation of tether, you can energize
your power more than anybody expected.

If you want to have cooperation from co workers, you need " Lead by examples" style.

You must do the job the other people doesn't like to do.

Although I say such a beautiful word everyday, if I don't have " Lead by examples" style, other people will not follow.

Action is important.

In order to lead by example, you need brave and belief to do.
