Management Based on the Bonds of Human Minds

Human minds is easily changeable. However, there is nothing stronger than human minds. The philosophy manager said.

I have been doing human resources consultant for more than 10 years and found what this philosophy manager says is truth. In US, there are many law suits everyday. But the beginning law suits is human mind. Usually retaliation. If the president has the bonds of human minds with employee, you can avoid the law suits.

The most important thing is to have strong human mind relationship with your staff.

Philosophy Manager

When I learn at the MBA school, I went to a company to do interview the management of the company. I'd like to know why the company is doing great. Because most of the company sufferred the recession after buble economy in Japan at that time. However, the company never experienced bad time.

At 8:00 AM, it was the time I made appointment with the manager of the company at San Diego.

Don't allow such a president

I met a president.
He ran out of company's money until the balance $10 of business checking for only his cocaine.

The employee couldn't get their pay. The payroll was delayed.
A person quit his job but the company couldn't pay the final check.
The person went to Department of Industrial Relations.
Eventually he got final paycheck with penalty money.

We cannot allow such a president.

So the philosophy is very important for any president.
President has responsibility for their employee.

Dr. Inamori often says,
“do the right thing as a human being”

In order to do the right thing as a human being,

we have to learn philosophy everyday, again and again.
