We always have to concentrate on any job in whatever circumstance.
It seems to be very difficult at the beginning.
But if you keep concentrationg on any job, you can get accustomed to doing so.

If you get this action, you can find the real issue and solve the problem.

Don't do your job excursively.
Concentrate Concentrate Concentrate on you job.

Have boldness and precision.

Boldness contradicts precision.
You can achieve perfect job having both boldness and precision.

This doesn't mean intermediate between boldness and precision.
You have to have both at the sametime.
Boldness make you do job dynamically, also you can avid mistake by precision.

It is very difficault to have both at the beginning.
If keep mind these both thing always, then you can have both boldness and precision in your hand.

Decide altruistically

Our mind has two dimensions.

One is Egoistic mind. The other is Altrustic mind.
If you decide by Egoistic mind, you cannot get any other person's cooperation.
And you will do many mistakes by Egoistic mind because the Egoistic perspective is very narrow.

If you use Altrustic mind, you can get other people's cooperation and have very wide perspective,
so you can do right decision.

In order to do good job, decide altruistically.

Be Creative always

The job is given to you is very important.
But "given" is not enough.

Do your best everyday and improve everyday.
There is no end of improvement.

Don't do same thing as yesterday.

Think everyday " Is this best?"
Please ask yourself "Why?"

Tomorrow must be better than today.

This cycle will bring us the excellent improvement.

Execute is more important than knowledge.

To know and To do is very different thing.
For example, we know the knowledge of SMART Goal.
But just to know from book and to set real SMART goal with client is very different.
In order to be able to set SMART goal with client, just do it.

In other word, to be street smart is more important than just book smart.

Only your experience can make you be able to do anything.

Balance

If you have Balance, logically persuit the reason why for all things and on the other hand
everybody likes you because you have very great humanity.

If you are very smart and good analytical skill, but it is not enough to be a leader.
On the other hand, even if you are good person but you don't have logical skill, no body will follow you.

We need both scientific logical skill and virtue of human.

Detachedly decide

When we decide, if we only think our own interest, the decision should be wrong.
Human being often only think about their own interest.
If you keep insisting your own interest, you cannot have other people's cooperation.
And it will de-motivate organization.

It is easy to decide detachedly.

Just control your own interest as much as possible.
That's it.

Think other's interest.

BE HONEST

In oreder to accomplish our work, we have to tell the truth.
Even if it sometimes is not the popular thing to do.

Our responsibilities lie not in telling what our stakeholder want to hear,
but what they need to hear.

Through such communication, we can establish deep relationship.

Then you can handle any accident or trouble you don't expect.

Give pressure to yourself

If you face the most difficult situation, don't escape from the situation.
While you are struggling, you will find the solution if you never give up.
There is no such conquering weapon as the necessity of conquering.
If you keep yourself at the limitation of tether, you can energize
your power more than anybody expected.

Lead by example

If you want to have cooperation from co workers, you need " Lead by examples" style.

You must do the job the other people doesn't like to do.

Although I say such a beautiful word everyday, if I don't have " Lead by examples" style, other people will not follow.

Action is important.

In order to lead by example, you need brave and belief to do.

Trust and Teamwork

We cannot do work alone.
We need help co workers and supervisors.
Proactively involve co workers and supervisors.

If you are only involved passively, you will never enjoy the real joy of work.

Proactively involve them and be a center of circle!
